Facilities and Factories
We have two factories, one for parts machining and the other for casting processing, both located on a large 20,000 m2 site.Our focus is on processing machine tool core parts that can weigh over 1 ton, energy and infrastructure parts, and hydraulic equipment parts. We can also process workpieces with a diameter of 800mm.

Create, Research and Develop, and NurtureMatsue Yamamoto Metal Technos is a Yamamoto Metal Technos group company specializing in medium and large sized manufacturing. Our focus is on mass production, R&D, and multi-product flexible management systems. We also serve as a training base for technicians to hone their skills in the group.
Machinery
Among machine tool core parts, we mainly manufacture large parts weighing 0.1 ton or more(max10t). We own one of the world's largest 5-axis milling machines, the DMC340U, and focus on manufacturing large parts with complex shapes of high difficulty.We have state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with turning functions, robots, and inspection equipment to achieve high-precision machining.

Yamamoto Metal Technos Co. Ltd., our main company, is in Osaka. As a member of this group, we decided upon Matsue city in Shimane Prefecture as we believed this area would expand possibilities for manufacturing.
First, this land is blessed with vast spaces of nature
Considering that the starting point of manufacturing is in nature, this land surrounded by greenery provides a lot of inspiration for the engineers who work there.
The knowledge that is necessary for technological development is found in abundance in the universities and specialized institutions right around the corner.
